Owner: Jerry Hobson

MOTI is a Phillip Rhodes design (one of four of this type), and is the smallest of it's class. She is a heavily built full keel cruiser in excellent condition that uses an outboard in a well in the lazarette. I have an Envinrude Yatch Twin engine with electric start and alternator that is only about three or four year old and looks completely new. I have refinished all the teak, mahogany and oak and refurbished the cockpit cushion to like-new condition. The four cockpit locker seats are teak, as is the cockpit grid. All the lines are led to the cockpit for single-handed sailing ease. Below are the specifications for this boat.

Length: 24' 10"

Beam: 7'

Draft: 3' 9"

Ballast: 2250lbs lead

Water capacity: 20 gallons

Fuel capacity: 12 gallons

Engine: 9.9 HP (gas)

Sails: 8, including genaker with rollerfurling- all like new
